Spring Bengtzen
When it comes to living life at the highest level, Spring Bengtzen is at the top of the list. Currently running one of the top producing real estate teams in Utah, Spring and her team at the Utah Life Real Estate Group sold over 450 homes in 2021 and are on track to sell over 700 homes in 2022- positioning them to quickly become one of the top teams in the country. 

Over the last year, she has also been a sought after speaker, delivering numerous trainings on stage to agents and team owners both in and out ofReal - including CollabCon, Oh Shift!, Play Bigger, Rise, WGR and many others.
Beth Nordaune
Beth started her team over 12 years ago and is now the CEO and founder of the Enclave Team; one of Inmans top 25 large teams in the US, which is spread between two of the largest cities in Minnesota. The average agent on the Encalve team sells $8.5 million in volume and 23 transactions annually. Her team will help over 500 families this year buy or sell a home.

Beth has moved out of production and daily team operations to start The Enclave Way, where she coaches and consults the operational framework that increased her revenue 70% in three years. 
Darren Langille
Darren Langille is the founder of Redline Real Estate Group (former ultra-service independent brokerage) which over time created 5+ Billion in career sales, and in 2021 alone sales volumes of $750 Million & 1200+ transactions. He is a 17-year veteran of the real estate industry.

Darren took his passion & experience in building better realtors into the creation of his (RE)Education Brand, a set of free & paid group and 1-on-1 resources that provides the complete roadmap for growth minded Realtors to follow throughout their entire career. Darren is a Mechanical Engineer by trade (don't hold that against him), a prior Varsity volleyball player, a husband of 11 years and father to 3 amazing kids.
Jani Burke
Jani began her attraction efforts 14 years ago when she launched her first Keller Williams in the most challenging real estate market of our time. Within 18 months, they were #1 in a highly competitive market. She more recently served as Vice President of Growth for eXp Realty. To round out her expertise, she spent a year receiving her Coaching Certification from the most successful school in the country. Now she is here to help you succeed!
Sean Mulcahy
Sean has worked in the real estate industry both as an agent and a coach for over 25 years. By specializing in Short Sales and Foreclosures, his team did over 300 transactions per year when the market shifted in the ’08 recession. 
Heather Cook
Heather Cook has sold over $100 Million Dollars in Real Estate with zero ad spend and is in the Top .5% of Realtors in the Greater Charlotte market. She is a Brand Ambassador for Real Brokerage and Social Media Coach, mentoring clients who want to build their business with organic marketing. She and her husband, Brad, run a Real Estate team called The Curated Group, a top-tier group of Agents well-known for premier customer service, superior negotiating skills, masterful collaboration and creativity.
Michele Bellisari
Michele Bellisari can often be heard in interviews challenging agents to “pick a listing niche!” Fondly known as “the niche witch”, Michele has listed and sold millions of dollars of probate properties since 2012. She has created The Probate Real Estate Boot Camp to teach agents (and teams) a system on how to locate FREE probate leads, work with probate attorneys and executors, market themselves as the go to probate real estate listing specialist in their community, create complimentary businesses and build a recession resistant listing funnel. Michele has presented for the National Association of Realtors, Inman Connect Las Vegas, RIS Media, and Real Broker LLC. Michele is the creator of In The Hive With Michele Bee podcast and #SoooBoca Lifestyle, a hyper local “niche” media brand based in Boca Raton, Florida
Steven Pilkington
Steven started his real estate career in 2008, and quickly went from rookie of the year to top 1% nationally ranked individual agent to owning and operating the #1 team in Colorado for a national franchise with 2,200+ transactions and $680M production. Steven was a KW MAPS Coach and conducted 1,500+ client coaching calls, from top agents to mega teams. 

When not engrossed in all thing’s real estate, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife Julia, and their three children, Tallis, Alexa and Caleb as well as taking their two dogs Summer & Vivi on adventures and spending time in the great outdoors snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking.  
Kimberly Ryan
With a combined history of corporate business and real estate industry experience, Kimberly brings a unique set of skills and proficiencies to the table. Her bootstrap start in real estate (working with buyers, sellers and investors) laid the foundation for coaching and training inside and outside the real estate ecosystem. 
Andrew Monaghan
Andrew is Owner and CEO of the Monaghan Group, the best real estate team for buying and selling your home in the Glendale and Peoria market, along with the Greater Phoenix Area. Andrew has been serving the real estate industry since 2001. 

Andrew is an Irish Native, Dad to Emily, a 20 year old senior at GCU, and Joe, a freshman in college. He loves to travel, hike, run, and ski.

Tony Caliendo
Coaching Director

Tony is a 13-year veteran in the coaching industry and has been a licensed agent for 20+ years. He has more than 5,000 1-on-1 coaching hours and his private clients earn between $200K - $1M+ per year in income. 

As Coaching Director, Tony is responsible for recruiting quality coaches; developing the programming to move agents careers forward; and ensuring quality control at every step of the experience.
