Traci Ratzlaff
Elite Agent
Traci has over 20 years of real estate experience as a solo agent and averages 50 to 75 transactions per year ($5-11 million) covering primarily rural Kansas.
In addition to selling real estate, she has maintained her status as a Registered Nurse and volunteers in her community with the American Red Cross, local health department and the United Way. Her commitments also include service and support of local and state REALTOR® associations. She has deep roots in the community and believes in giving back.
While at Real, Traci was the designated broker that opened Kansas in 2021, achieved Elite Status that same year and enjoys co-hosting the Real Roundtable.
Outside of Real Estate, she’s a mother of Lauren and Kayli who share her passion for travel and adventure. If you call her and it goes straight to voicemail, she’s in another National Park.

Ramsey has been in the real estate industry for 5 years serving Lebanon, MO and the Ozarks.
Skilled in negotiation, management, customer service, logistics management, and sales, Ramsey has an Associate's degree focused in Business Administration and Management, General Business from Missouri State University.
