STEP 1: Download the Real App

It all starts with a simple online application. Download our app or visit bolt.therealbrokerage.com to sign-up in a matter of minutes. Our app will walk you through the sign-up process -- and once you join, you can conduct your real estate business from your phone.

STEP 2: Update/Transfer your Board + MLS

As a licensed real estate agent and a member of Real, you must join your local realtor's association.

STEP 4: Create your SkySlope account.

Skyslope is a transaction management system that is integrated with the Real App for uploading your transactions.

STEP 6: Activate Workplace

We use Workplace to stay connected. Setup your account, download the app, and join your state page!

STEP 3: Set up your Tipalti account.

At Real, we use Tipalti (ACH payment processing tool) to pay you for all your money earned. Follow the steps in the app (or the email you received from Tipalti) to set up your account.

STEP 5: Learn our transaction process

Learn how to process transactions at Real to avoid delays for you and your clients.
