With over 15 years of marketing, communications, and design experience, Tk has immersed herself into the real estate and investing markets for the last 10 years and absolutely loves to make the dreams and financial goals of current homeowners and future homeowners come true!
Both careers have allowed her to offer top-tier service to her clients, whether it is getting the best buyer for the best terms for homeowners through her expansive digital and print marketing experience, or presenting the best offer possible using the best acquisition methods and grants available to help buyers win bidding wars and close on their dream homes.
In addition to her real estate and marketing experience, Tk holds a Masters in Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University, has completed the Penn Community Scholars program through the University of Pennsylvania, was formerly a proud community organizer serving Camden, NJ community, and speaks both Cantonese (Chinese) and Spanish.
In her spare time, Tk can be found spending time with her husband Lance and their 4 kids along with practicing yoga, perfecting a design project, and waiting for the next opportunity to go salsa dancing. Lance and Tk passionately serve the homeless and housing-insecure population in the Greater Philadelphia area. They strive to offer assistance and sustainable services to break the cycles of addiction and isolation.
