Meet the Instructor

Christine Smith

Christine started her journey in real estate sales in 2015 as an inside sales agent for a top-performing team and quickly advanced to train and manage an inside sales team.

This position later evolved into co-leading the team across all departments, with appointment setting at the heart of our success, where Christine played a pivotal role on that team in securing one of the first accounts in the initial markets where Zillow Flex launched, maintaining top rankings for conversion.

Christine later transitioned to become a solo agent in Orlando, FL in 2020, now leading a micro team, and has consistently ranked in the top 2% of Orlando for two consecutive years.

With experience in coaching inside sales agents and regular sales agents on lead conversion and closing deals, Christine is dedicated to constantly improving the team’s sales and conversion processes and remains the main appointment "rainmaker" and database manager for her team.
