Joel Kirsch has been with Real for over eight years, beginning his journey as a recruiter in 2018. Over the years, Joel has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the onboarding team, later taking on the management of both the onboarding and support teams. Currently, Joel serves as the VP of Growth, working closely with Real Leadership to take Real to the next level. Based in the Northeast, Joel brings a diverse background in commercial real estate services and software sales to his work at Real. He specializes in growth and sales, with a focus on ensuring that brokerages and teams fully understand Real’s financial offerings.
