Join us in a class just for Real agents to learn the REAL way to culturally attract agents to the company! You will learn the REAL business model, how to attract with accuracy and confidence, and how to effectively utilize the company attraction tools, plus you will get our effective, company-approved scripts and dialogues to use when speaking with agents. 

On alternating weeks, we role play to practice presenting our model and gain feedback.

Meet the Moderators

Reagan Nickelson
Growth Leader
Reagan is a Business and Mindset Coach and founding partner of reTHINK Coaching.  Growing up in a Family of Entrepreneurs, Reagan learned the fundamentals of running a successful business first hand.

After graduating from Texas Christian University in 1992 with a degree in Speech communication and Human relations, he worked in the family business for a number of years, before launching his own business ventures, which included Real Estate. He holds his Real Estate license in both California and Texas.  Over the span of his 27-year career he has successfully, established, grown and sold two companies.

Over the years, it became his passion to help others achieve their personal and professional goals. Reagan became interested in coaching and began developing skills that would allow him to help others. As a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-linguistic programing), and other Neuro- based coaching educations, Reagan has dedicated his work to leaving a mark on the world by helping others be the best version of themselves.

Reagan resides in Texas and Southern California with his husband Tony.
Kimberly Ryan
Growth Leader
Kimberly is a Regional Growth Leader with Real and has been a trusted source in the real estate industry since 2004, including serving as designated broker for a boutique brokerage, managing broker for Realty One Group, and senior vice president of agent development and education for national brokerage, eXp Realty LLC. 

Kimberly also served as the executive director of eXp University, and is a professional speaker, coach and certified continuing education instructor.
