My role centers around helping others do the same, whether through recruiting, coaching, or creating structure that leads to predictable production. I’m especially focused on aligning mortgage and real estate in a way that creates real opportunity on both sides.At the core, I enjoy building—people, teams, and businesses—and doing it in a way that’s sustainable long term.Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad to a 9-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter. My wife keeps me grounded—and if I’m being honest, she’s better than me in both business and athletics. A lot of our life revolves around our kids and youth sports, where I spend time coaching and staying involved. That competitive environment carries over into how I approach everything—discipline, consistency, and showing up every day.
