What You'll Learn
You work hard. But are you working on the right things? Many agents spend hours organizing, planning, updating systems, and perfecting marketing. Those activities may feel productive.
But the activities that actually produce opportunities are different.
That's why we created Real W.O.R.K. A 6-week production program led by Dusty Oglesby designed to help you focus on the activities that drive results—and build momentum alongside a community of Real agents committed to growth. Because activity doesn't always create momentum. The right activity does.
