Scott Selverian

Scott Selverian – Director of Industry Relations at Sierra Interactive

With over 18 years as a licensed real estate agent, Scott Selverian brings a wealth of experience and insight to the industry. His background spans production, leading multiple high-performing teams, and coaching with the renowned Tom Ferry organization, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in today’s market.

For the past 2.5 years, Scott has been a key member of the Sierra Interactive team, all while continuing to oversee operations of his New Jersey-based real estate business remotely. This dual experience allows him to deeply understand the day-to-day realities that team leaders and agents face.

In his current role as Director of Industry Relations at Sierra, Scott focuses on building meaningful connections with industry leaders, helping them navigate the ever-evolving real estate landscape, and showcasing how Sierra’s technology can empower their success.

Outside of work, Scott finds balance through running, biking, skiing, swimming, and motorcycling—yet he always makes time for what matters most: his family
