Serri Rowell is the Owner and Team Leader of The Brand Realty Team, with nearly two decades of real estate experience since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2005 and earning her Broker’s License in 2017. Her early background as a loan processor with major banks gives her a well-rounded perspective that’s helped over 600 clients successfully buy and sell homes.

Driven by a passion for personal growth and business development, Serri leads with heart, strategy, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed. Based in Carlsbad, where she’s raised her five boys, Serri enjoys traveling to sunny beaches and making time for family when she’s not guiding clients or building her business.

1. Overview

This Supplemental Privacy Notice explains how The Real Brokerage Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Real,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share personal information through the Real Academy website at real.academy (the “Site”). The Site is intended for Real agents and authorized users. This notice supplements the Real Brokerage Privacy Policy (the “Main Privacy Policy”), which governs our general privacy practices. In the event of a conflict between this notice and the Main Privacy Policy, this notice controls with respect to data collected through the Site.

2. Platform Hosting

The Site is hosted by LearnWorlds (CY) Ltd. (“LearnWorlds”), a learning management system platform provider based in Cyprus. LearnWorlds provides the technical infrastructure for the Site, including course delivery, user account management, and certain analytics and cookie functionality. Real is responsible for the personal information collected through the Site. Data collected through the Site may be processed outside of the United States and Canada through LearnWorlds’ platform infrastructure, consistent with the cross-border transfer practices described in our Main Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

In addition to the categories of information described in our Main Privacy Policy, the following information may be collected through the Site. Because the Site serves Real agents and authorized users, data collected through the Site may include professional information relating to agent training and educational activity.

Account Information. When you create an account to access courses or other content on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials. Your account may be managed through LearnWorlds’ platform infrastructure.

Learning Activity. We collect information about your interactions with courses and educational content, including course enrollment, progress, completion status, assessment results, and time spent on course materials.

Usage Data. Technical and usage information is automatically collected through the Site and its hosting infrastructure when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.

Communications. If you contact us or participate in community features through the Site, we collect the content of those communications.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through the Site to provide and improve the Real Academy platform and educational content, to manage your account and course access, to track learning progress and issue certifications or completion records, to communicate with you about courses, updates, and Real Academy features, to analyze usage trends and improve the Site, and as otherwise described in our Main Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Because the Site is hosted on the LearnWorlds platform, cookies may be set through the LearnWorlds platform infrastructure, including cookies necessary for Real Academy functionality. These may include:

Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with the Site.

Functional cookies that enable enhanced features and personalization.

6. Disclosure of Information

In addition to the disclosures described in our Main Privacy Policy, personal information collected through the Site is shared with LearnWorlds for the purpose of operating the Site and delivering course content. LearnWorlds’ privacy policy describes how it handles information in connection with its platform services.

7. Data Retention

Information collected through the Site is retained in accordance with the retention practices described in our Main Privacy Policy. Learning activity and course completion records may be retained for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to maintain records of your educational achievements. LearnWorlds may retain certain data in connection with providing hosting and platform services for the Site.

8. Your Privacy Rights
