Stephanie Fetrow is one of our Texas Regional Brokers. She began her real estate career in 2007 and now dedicates much of her time to educating and developing agents across the state. Known for her clear, practical teaching style, Stephanie leads classes focused on contract mastery, compliance, risk management, and real world transaction strategy equipping agents to navigate complex deals with confidence and professionalism. Drawing from her background building a successful family run business, Fetrow Realty Team, she brings both production experience and broker level oversight into every training, making her sessions highly relevant and immediately applicable. Stephanie is widely respected for her ability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining high standards that protect both agents and their clients. A natural educator at heart, she creates an environment where agents feel supported, challenged, and better prepared to grow sustainable businesses. Fun fact: Stephanie grew up in an Air Force family, living in many places: Illinois, Florida, Hawaii, Texas, Germany, Colorado & California, an experience that shaped her adaptability and strong sense of service that still defines her leadership today.
