Schedule Availability

Please review the calendar below for available days and times supported by the Real Academy team.

Time Blocks: Sessions are scheduled in 1-hour blocks available Monday - Friday, between 11:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST (12 time blocks per day, with a maximum of 2 distinct sessions running per block). Setting this calendar to the 'week' view (top right of calendar) helps to see if multiple sessions are happening at the same time.

Session Cadence Check: If your session occurs Weekly (optional) or Bi-Weekly, please review subsequent weeks to ensure your preferred day and time block are consistently available.

The Real Academy team observes major U.S. holidays, and sessions will not be hosted on these dates. If a scheduled session falls on an observed holiday, the Real Academy team will reach out directly to coordinate an alternate day and time within the same month, ensuring you maintain your session cadence.

Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. 

If the holiday falls on a Saturday, the team observes on the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the team observes on the Monday following.
