Sara Tufano
Sara embarked on her journey in the real estate realm in Connecticut back in 2006, stepping in as an administrative assistant for a prominent brokerage. During this period, she immersed herself in the intricacies of the trade, mastering the jargon, paperwork, and the sheer effort required to thrive as an agent. Despite skepticism from many due to the volatile market, Sara obtained her license at the age of 21 in 2009.
By June 2018, feeling prepared, Sara committed to full-time sales, applying the knowledge she had imparted to others over the past five years. She promptly enlisted the guidance of a business coach, and within six months, from June to December 2018, she closed 24 transactions. This success surged to 47 transactions in 2019, and 73 in 2020, with continued growth thereafter.
In December 2020, Sara transitioned to REAL Brokerage, where she has proudly served as an Elite Agent for the past three years. Her primary sources of business include private client and Sphere of Influence (SOI) referrals, agent referrals, and geo-farming.
For four years, she balanced part-time sales with a stable income from nannying. In 2013, Sara transitioned to a role in sales and technology training at a major brokerage, intending it to be a two-year stint which eventually extended to five. As a trainer, she shared her expertise, empowering fellow agents to cultivate their businesses and skills.
