Meet The Instructor

Mindy Newton

Mindy was born and raised in Washington State and has spent most of her life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She graduated from college in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Her degree took her to California where she worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 7 years before returning to Washington

Mindy has spent the last 16 years working and living in Snohomish County where she is raising her 5 children with her husband Michael. She and Michael adopted 3 of their 5 children. They love to go camping, hiking, waterskiing, and traveling together.
Mindy founded the Greater Sound Real Estate team in 2007, and the team has continued to grow ever since. She has become one of the top agents in the area and has ranked in the top 1% for sales production for many years.

Mindy primarily spends her time listing properties and has a strong track record for pricing, marketing, negotiating, and closing sales. She successfully manages an ever-growing team of agents and works to raise the bar of professional service in the real estate industry.

Mindy also has a strong desire to help others achieve financial stability and has spent considerable time teaching others how to become debt free by teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace Principles. She is a phenomenal instructor and is truly passionate about helping others become free from the bondage of debt.
