Purchasing your first home is a huge decision and back on June 20th, 2011 I made that leap. This was the most frightening and exciting decision I had ever made in the 26 years I had been alive and I have not looked back since.

I love real estate so much that as a full time Realtor® I have made the commitment to dedicate my life to assisting people in achieving their goals in real estate. There is so much more to it than just buying and selling a property. There are contracts, timelines, inspections, disclosures, and negotiations but a agent’s expertise should not start and stop there. As a full time agent living and breathing the market trends, knowing the competition and having the ability to analyze a home’s value to come up with an effective strategy to succeed in getting the best deal for you is my business.

If you are buying your first home, are interested in what is needed to take on a fixer upper or selling to purchase that forever home I want to be there for you every step of the way. Not only do I have much personal experience in buying and selling my own real estate I also spent 5 years in construction and restoration of both residential and commercial property. With this experience I have spent much time building a team to best assist you in everything a homeowner needs; financing, inspections, engineer, roofers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers and more.
