Samantha Ray

I began my real estate career in 2015 when I moved to a new state. At the time, I was running a nonprofit in my county, but my new area did not have that same nonprofit. So I was tasked with figuring out what I wanted to do for a career...and I decided (well...my then boyfriend-now-husband) decided I should jump in to real estate! So I did!

I knew I had to work hard to get my name out there and committed to doing so when I signed up for my real estate classes.  My first full year, I sold 31 homes in an area where I had no family or sphere of influence. I don't necessarily love homes, but I love helping people and I really enjoy marketing so it's been a wonderful 8 years in the business for me.

Prior to the non-profit I ran in my hometown, I was the Training & Development Director at a local amusement park where I was responsible for training 2000 full-time and seasonal staff each year. Helping others learn and grow is something I've grown to love. That's one of the reasons I'm really looking forward to helping newer agents get off the ground and gain momentum in their business.
